Can I purchase a ticket at the entrance?

General admittance tickets can be purchased at the entrance by card payment only.

We would always advise booking in advance via the online Box Office to give you the most efficient access to the venue.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking is INCLUDED when you purchase your ticket and is FREE.

Can I pay by card at the entrance?

Credit or debit card is the only form of payment that will be accepted at the entrance to the event should you wish to purchase a ticket on the day. We do not accept cash.

The online Box Office will remain open throughout the event. You can always book your tickets online before setting off for the event and have them ready for scanning on your phone/device at the entrance.

Both cash and card will be accepted across the retail and food and drink outlets.

Will I still be able to enter the event if I forget my ticket?

If you forget to bring (or lose) your ticket you will be asked to pay the full amount on the day. No refunds will be made for tickets bought to replace lost/forgotten tickets. We will reissue lost tickets but requests must be made in advance, see above our policy on this.

Can you refund my ticket if I can no longer come to the event?

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued once tickets have been purchased. Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website, which was agreed to when you purchased your ticket.

Am I entitled to a disabled person’s discount?

We do not offer a disabled person’s discount, but we will give registered disabled visitors a complimentary access ticket for their carer. All tickets can be purchased directly through the online Box Office.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Wheelchair access is possible, however, due to the uneven terrain of the Event site, along with the distance between the Dressage and the main Show-jumping arena, it may be at times difficult for disabled spectators to move around freely and easily. As a result of this, travel to certain areas of the Event site may not be suitable for those who suffer from impaired mobility or for those who have certain medical conditions.

Do you have Blue Badge car-parking?

We have plenty of forward Blue Badge parking available, though we cannot allocate any spaces in advance. Upon arrival at the event, please follow signs and our traffic marshalls to the specified Blue Badge parking. You may be asked to show your blue badge upon arrival at the car park, so please have it ready.

I have a broken leg, can I park in the disabled car park?

Guests who have broken limbs and other walking impairments are welcome to go to the Blue Badge parking upon arrival and explain their situation and we will do our best to find you a suitable space.

Will you have disabled toilets?

Yes, disabled toilets will be available in the car park and across the event site.

Are mobility scooters available?

We do not offer a mobility scooter service currently.

Opening Times: 6.30am to 7pm daily

Public admittance to the event will be allowed from 6.30 am onwards. The event will run until the day of the competition is over, normally around 7 pm. You will find further details and timings regarding each day of the event on our website.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are very welcome so long as you ensure that they are well-behaved and kept on a short lead at all times. Please note that dogs are not allowed within the Deer Park at any time which is where the dressage is located, so please bear this in mind.

Please remember to bring some poo bags to clear up any mess (please dispose of these bags in one of the many bins around the site). Any owner and their dog found to be causing disruption may be asked to leave the Park with no re-entry permitted.

Do you have a dog crèche?

We do not have a dog crèche.

Programmes

A limited number of printed Programmes will be available on the day in the main areas and are FREE. You will also find QR codes across the venue with a link to a downloadable version.

Alternatively, there will be a link to the digital programme on the website if you wish to download it before you arrive and all ticket holders will be emailed a link in advance of their arrival.

Competition Timetable/Running Orders

The competition schedule/Running orders and score sheets will be available online or on Eventingscores.co.uk. We are reducing the amount of printing wherever possible.

What to Wear

There is no dress code, but considering that the event runs come rain or shine – we always advise you to dress for the weather. Remember to bring a raincoat, wellies and even some sun cream!! The event site is spread over a large area, so we would suggest some suitable footwear is worn.
